Welcome to DAY 17 of your 21 day walking challenge! πŸ’–

Don't give up now! You're only 4 days away to the finish line!

In preparation for the finish line, make sure you have:

  • printed out the tracker (the button to download is below if you still need it)
  • written your name on the tracker
  • been writing the number of minutes you walked ]each day on the tracker
  • wrote the word DONE on the bonus days, IF you completed the BONUS.

Important Notes:

  1. Just remember, you have until August 27 (Sunday) to complete the challenge even though the 21 days end on August 25 (Friday).
  2. Last BONUS day is this Thursday! Check your email first thing in the morning for the details
  3. Instructions on how to send a copy of your tracker to me will be emailed to you this Friday, (the 25th).
